Is it possible to transfer modification (customer fields, layouts) of built-objects (such as Product, Account) through AppExchange?
What is the way for it?

This is not currently possible. Today, you are limited to packaging the following:
custom objects
custom tabs
custom apps
custom s-controls
custom links (including links on built-in objects)
reports
report folders
dashboards
email templates
letterheads
documents
profile settings
Packaging components of built-in (standard) objects is on our product roadmap for a future release |
