Hi Abhi,
Microsoft recently launched Windows Azure SDK for Cloud Computing. You can download it from Microsoft site. Following are the prerequisites list.
 Visual Studio 2008 SP1
Windows Azure Tools for Visual Studio (available at http://www.microsoft.com/azure/sdk.mspx)
Windows Azure SDK (Installed with Windows Azure Tools for VS)
Note : Windows Azure tools for VS requires Windows vista service pack1. It will not install in Windows XP.
