hi,
It's an open source tool, you can get the source code of NDoc for free of cost.
With NDoc you can generate an API like Documentation for your C#(any language supported by .net Frame work) class Libraries.
In the next post of mine i'll let you know how to generate a Document for your Application using NDoc......
